SoundPEATS True Air2 Review

The SoundPEATS True Air2 is a good choice for anyone looking for a comfortable pair of in-ear headphones. The ergonomics are a cut above the brand's previous releases, and they nestle nicely in your concha without the need for constant readjustment.
They also come with a case that charges up to 16 times, and the battery lasts a respectable six hours when at normal volume. However, the earbuds can't play music at 100% volume for very long, so we recommend you charge them before using them in noisy environments like restaurants or airports.
Touch controls are finicky at first, but you can get a feel for them quickly. They offer all the essential commands, such as a quick tap to increase or decrease the volume, a double-tap to start or stop music, and an answer/call button.
Voice recognition is pretty solid, with the microphones capturing your words accurately. The only downside is that sudden background noises, such as chatter or accelerating scooters, can sound distorted.
Bass is deep, but controlled, giving you heavy thumps as well as darker rumbles when playing test tracks from James Blake, for example. It's a surprisingly pleasurable sound, and the Life is SoundPEATS' bassiest earphone to date.
The 12mm bio-cellulose dynamic driver, an exclusive design from the company, lets you enjoy the low frequencies with clear contours. It supports the LDAC codec, so you can hear a wide range of musical tones with expansive and natural sound quality.
